Error when installing 7.2.0.3b

I tried to install Nero 7.2.0.3b every time I tried to install I get the following error:

Installation cannot create necessary temporary files in the folder
C:\document~1/---------------\Temp\Nerodemo9936\cab\tmp
Please check if you have the write permission for this folder


I tried various ways to solve it kindly advice me how should I rectify it

Is this your first install of a Nero product? If not, make sure you use the clean tool for whatever version you had before.

Nero API version: 7.2.0.3 and 7.2.0.3b

These latest versions of Nero are full of bugs, I recommend you uninstall, run this clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install 7.0.8.2 a more stable version from here
