DVD RO4 MAKING A FUNNY NOICE

When i recored movies onto a DVD disk and i go to play it it another dvd plyer it wont play. if it does play you can hear a wisling sound. Is there a way to ctop it. Thanks

no i didnt drop it. Did you get dropped on the head when you were little for you to know that will happen. It has been sitting in the same spot for a long time. if you need to know how long here it is a longggggggggggggggg timmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
