Okay, sorry, you guys are to picky, by the way you all just posted like 5 off topic posts. I guess I wouldn't want so many back to back posts in my forum either.
SORRY
But thanks for all the help.

Question about DevHook (v.43 or v.44)
I know when I had v.42d I used vshex_150return_jas0nuk
Which allowed me to hit home+square and return to the 1.5 firmware, know will this file work for the newer versions? or is there a way I can do this in the newer versions without the file and rebooting?
-Thanks

To exit to firmware 1.5 in DevHook 0.43+, just press HOME (while you are in a game), highlight Yes and wait for it to flash twice. Then press L+R+Up and then press X and keep holding them and it will go back to the 1.5 VSH

Oh and BTW it doesn't have to flash exactly twice, you just have to do it after it has flashed twice.

Alright DevHook v.44 running perfectly...yet a few minor things I would like to edit...first off was the crappy ass Evangelion pic(which I changed already) but then theres the "Your Dead" vid from God of War when you load a UMD in the 2.71 firmware...is there a way I can change the load movie to the Bleach one from the pervious version of Devhook of Firmware 2.60? Ty :)

is anyone else having trouble loading isos on devhook .44? For example, i'm using the PGS full iso of Breath of fire 3 and when i load up the UMD it just freezes after the "sony playstation portable" intro. I have to hard reset after that to unfreeze it.
edit- i have a umd in the drive (demo disc)

Well it occured to me since I placed the dh files from the 2.60 version on the devhook .44
I was screwing around with a few files and I had to remove the 2.60 fireware files and replace them again on the m0. Doesn't hose up now

ok i figured out why my isos weren't playing. Devhook .44 won't load games if you have the CPU overclocked to 333. You must load games at 222 and it won't freeze

Why do you have DH v41d? Get the new DH v44(2.71)full pack(it has all the files you need) at ps2nfo.com or psp-hacks.com
All games have to work now.

@ani-
Yeah, download DevHook 0.44
What settings are you using?
You should try mess around w/ the pre-load addresses to get it to work
(after you get the latest DevHook);

There is no way i'm getting this to work.
I have downloaded every devhook package on the planet. Installed it from scratch or used full packages. Both 0.43 and the new 0.44
When running UMD Disc or ISO the system just reboots to 1.5 again. No emulation at all. Please help me.

Don't know what I did but I installed the latest 0.44 full package from planetpsp.org with 2.7 support and now everything works. I can boot my UMD discs with no problems. I can reboot in 2.71 firmware and 2.6. gorgeous. Took me about 100 hours =)

You'll probably find that you will always need a larger memory stick!!!! I started off with a 512mb, then bought a 1gb, then 2 more 1gb and then a 2gb. Now i'm probably gonna buy a 4gb!!!!
