Yea PM him or go to the DMS4 website - personally I'd just go to the website, and when you make a title make it an appropriate one so people other than steimy can help you :) there's plenty of people here who uses DMS4 pro and no offense to steimy (I think he's a great guy - got quite a bit of help from him) but I'm sure there are those who are professional modchip installers who'll know how to install a modchip better than him (again, no offense :D )

those guys install all my chips for me. (Xbox and PS2)
The installer there does a better soldering job then i could hope to do myself. In fact they have my PSTwo V12 now putting it into a HD Combo case with a 250GB hard drive
If you have any questions just go to the forums and ask them, there are a few guys there that install chips.

Yeah, why?
I have had a new laser and DMS4 Pro put in a V5 PS2 i "donated" to a friend. He has not had any problems.
I bought my used Premodded Xbox from them. Again not a problem with it.
Right now they have my V12 with DMS4 Pro doing even more mods like i posted above.
I trust them more than anyone else i could have mod a system. I have been helping them by moderating at that site, their former site (modchipzone), and Xtreme-Source for a while no.

Hard Disk Drive
just a shorter way most Xbox folks say it.
can't wait to have my slimline converted into an HD combo case with 250GB hard drive so i can play them from the hard drive rather than discs. The load times are so much faster that way.
Plus that case has 2 fans rather than just one to keep it cooler.
But it won't be slim anymore, it will look like the older chunky style with an internal hard drive.

Hey steimy just a question, since you have a V7, wouldn' it be easier and cheaper to get a network adaptor instead? I had HD Combo installed cos I only have a V12, but if I had a choice I would've just gone with network adaptor + HDLoader...
