Burning with Nero Recode2 or with Nero burning rom (Dvd9 to Dvd5)

If you want to do this, copy DVD9 to DVD5 then I would check out the Guides Tab at the top of the page, it gives you several options.
If I were using Nero then my choice would be Nero Recode.
