Hey,
Can anyone explain to me what is meant by CloneDVD found and corrected IFO format errors ? Is this another new protection system like CCS?

Some of the structural copy protection schemes do things that violate normal DVD structure rules. The Slysoft products clean up the mess so you don't have to.

Yes that's mostly what structural copy protection does.
