hi all.
iv been having probs with nerovision that comes with vs7 of nero.
so i read tru logs to forums to find if this had already been asked, found a few saying to uninstall the latest version because it was buggy,so i did, cleantooled everything, and searched to make sure all gone, installed 7.0.8.2 , this is when things went haywire, nerovision wouldnt do its job, it kept turning itself off , for no reason prog would just shut down, then started to get "explorer has
has encountered a problem and needs to close" so unistalled 7.0.8.2 and tried to reinstall it again, same probs, uninstalled again and re-installed latest and greatest nero 7.2.0.3b , and now im back to nerovision shutting itself down, an for no reason, and windows explorer shut down again, anyone got any suggestions b4 i try a full format of the hard drive and start again???? ty all in advance...

The only thing I can suggest is to once again uninstall Nero, run the clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and try for another install from here

I know it sounds a pain but sometimes Nero is JUST THAT, let us know what happens.

If you previously had Nero6, you will need to run this clean tool first
