i bought a 50 pack of sony dvd+r's at walmart and it was 22 dollars

and on dvd decrypter when i stuck the blank media in my burner it said:

i cant it says i need to login to the website, i need a username and password for some reason...

plus i dont no wat to look for to see if its good or not. can some one just tell me yes or no if this is the sony media on the 1st class list of the media list?

dan168, you crack me up man. :)
I did notice that the Digitalfaq site does now require you to register. They must have caught on to how many people were coming there to look at the guide.
But from what i read, because i know other sites that posted the same guide, that media SonyXXd dye is first class.
Try it and find out if it works.
Quality media is only the first step in making a working back up and there are many other factors. So even though you have started out on the right path, you still may not get a working copy.
