u cud try burnin at 8x or it cud be that ur ps2 doesnt like the 16x media as sum dont, ive got this game workin fine with a rebuild so it will work

hmm this is strange ur the second person who it dont work for, not sure what else to suggest, u cud try rebuildin it the old way and see if that works

I did that to I burn this game 4times and is not working is not the media i burn 4 games today and they all work good OMG I NEED TO PLAY THIS GAME SOOOOO BAD

Hey shaunty i am having the same problem with this game and i am using the sm coder and sony media 16x but i burn at 4x and not had a problem yet with sony. its like when i get to the menue it loads then goes to black like the other guy and i downloaded this games and used the the other way to rebuild it the one in the sricky that showed how to rebuild gt4 and bulletproof. but it just wont work for me any ideas....?

sorry not realyy sure how to help on this one, u cud try burnin at 8x as thats half the discs speed, i used the gnie tool to rebuild an mine has been workin ok

it is coder i used my sm 3.6 and it works fine, that made me so mad i used 6 discs well on the bright side ill never run out of back ups

i'm having the same problem here, even after rebuilding it. it just doesn't load after i choose a game. isn't there any way to make it work???

You have to boot using usb drive
-Get the lastest LaunchELF
-Rename "BOOT.ELF" "SWAPMAGIC.ELF" and place it in a folder named "SWAPMAGIC" on your usb drive
-Plug your usb drive to your ps2 and boot the Swap Magic dvd
LaunchELF should autorun, swap your backup/import then
-Start the file browser and navigate to the dvd drive (cdfs)
Finally, run the ps2 elf (SLUS 213.17) RUN that and
The game should now start AND you will be able to go further the selection screen

I have no success trying to load this game with HD Loader & HD Advance. After I pick a game in the Main Menu it stays on "Loading..." forever, can never get pass that screen when trying to play this game straight from the HD.

this is the first game ive run into problems burning I did everything u said with gnie i got the ISO down to 1.88 GB, u said urs was 1.89 gb might that be the discretion a lot of us are having?
also ive burned this disk twice the non gnied version and the gnied version and they both get stuck at the same spot right after the PS2 logo it goes to now loading than a black screen, a lot of people are having trouble with burning it but a lot of people are having success.

Here's how to use it.. it might not work for all games though.
Open the program.
1. Select the Shrinker_ps2_psp_CdDvd5_iso.epi on the plugins drop down list.
2. Select the iso you want to rebuild.
3. Click extract LBA.
4. Click extract file and wait for it to finish.
5. Click rebuild file and wait for it to finish.
6. Click rebuild LBA.
7. Burn the new iso with Nero or DVD Decrypter as usual.

i got to #2 and ran into a problem. I extracted the information from the original disc with Alcohol 120 and got a ".mds" & a ".mdf" file from it but no ".iso" files. Should I just change the name of the files, go through the process and hope it works or do i need another program that can extract the image from the original game and change it into an ".iso" file?
