I have just bought one unit a few days ago and it is giving me this problem. After recording a few tracks into the DVD-R disc total time about 30 minutes, I wanted to eject the DVD tray before finalising, but the disc would not come out. On the TV screen, it is displayed "Tray is Open" when in fact it is closed. There is a grinding sound when I try to eject by pressing the Eject Button.

The unit was sent back to the Workshop for repair, but still after a few hours of recording, the DVD writer gets jammed as before. Pressing the "reset" button did not help. The tecnicians being new to the product are also puzzled to establish the cause. All they did was to release the disc by opening up the unit which works for a while and then jam inside again.

I wonder if any of you have experienced this problem. If so, kindly share how this bug has been eliminated.
