linksys gaming router?

I bought the linksys gaming router model WGA11B. It cannot connect to my wireless pc. I have WEP so i was wonderen if you had disable it.

The WGA11b is not a router. Its a wireless network adapter. It needs to have router or AP to connect to.

You can connect the WGA11b to your PC using an ad-hoc connection, though.

What are you trying to do, and what other equipment do you have???

Ok OK im trying to connect with the adapter to my dlink wireless router so i can play online in my room with the modem and the router in the other. I bought the adapter with no disk...just the adapter .so i was wonderen if you needed the disk so set the SSID and WEP key.
