I had my USB stick in my Apple iBook. I must've bumped it because my Mac gave me that grumpy message about improperly removing hardware, which might've caused damage.

Low and behold, my Apple won't recognize my USB stick anymore. Neither will my Windows PC.

Can this be remediated? I had important data on there...
