does anybody know what is there differences between limewire and frostwire?
i heard that frostwire is safer or something.

I dont no but Im going to check out frost fire tomorrow ,
Anyone know if it shares the same files as limewire?

Cause I really dont need two of these programs,

it has all the same files as it!
it made from some of the same makers.
its exactly the same exept that i heard it was safer.
i personally find it faster

hmm i havnt tried it, i use limewire pro and find nothing wrong with iit.. i mite give frostwire a go :)

Yeh!

And the differences are:

Frostwire is bascially a clone of limewire.

*Its not bundled with spyware
*Its generally cleaner
.... And from the same project as limewire and runs on same network (Gnuttela).
Frostwire was only created as Limewire recieved a "cease and desist" letter from the RIAA threttening to sue.

I think frostwire user's may not share files that arent under a weed share or creative licence :S

However frostwire is still very new and still being worked on, give it a while, as for performance wise...theres no clear winner.

Frostwire VS Limewire

Winner = Frostwire

Why, because it will live longer than limewire and is cleaner PLUS it looks like a promising project.

Yep, Im with you Rav,

Yeah I switched Its better I can tell allready, I was thinking it was going to be totally differnt, everything is the same, It seems like its just a little upgrade of limewire.

If Your reading this and didnt switch Just do it its not a big deal Its worth it.
