I've read the post about projectors (stikied to top of this forum) and with that in mind, could someone please give me some advice as to what projector to buy? I would like to use it primarily in lieu of a monitor.
Required Specs:
Top notch resolution
Top notch picture quality (colour contrast etc.)
Price: <£500, preferably a lot less though
Easily Portable
If possible, full HDTV capabilities would be nice

It seems like LCD is the way to go, because clearly I am not going to be buying a cathode ray projector unless I suddenly win the lottery and DLP projection also seems rather expensive. But what company should I go for? My school uses a lot of Sanyo projectors, but that doesnt necessarily mean they are the best, probably just the cheapest deal they could find...

Anyone have any ideas?
