hi can anyone tell me what a memory footprint is?
its got soming to with bt clients and stuff.
or can anyone tell me what memory eater means.
i read somewhere that u torrent eats little memory!
but i dont know what it means by eats memory.
I hope it dosent mean that using bt clients means you have to loose hard disk memory is that the case?
all help is GREATLY APRECIATED AND THANKS IN ADVANCE!

The memory footprint = the size of the program itself *I think, not to sure atm due to insomnia* and a memory eater is either a very big program or one that uses a lot of RAM memory to run on.
So nothing to be worried about.

so i dont LOSE memory it just means it uses a lot.
oh and will it come back later when the program is uninstalled or not being used?

It just uses it when it's running, once turned off, the RAM it uses gets freed up again.
As for the HD space, well you do the math...
