Here is a link to a .pmf player. I am not sure if you just take .pmf files from your ISOs and play them, but I have been missing all of the Splinter Cell Essentials movies b/c the game freezes if I watch them. There's some really hokey stuff going on behind teh scenes. I can watch about 15-30 seconds of each cutscene, but from what I can gather details point to conspiracies about Fisher being a mole for the dissident factions involved in the game. And teh cinematics are incredible. I won't have a chance to try this until tomorrow. Let me know if it works for you guys. Note: This is esp for the frustrated Splinter Cell fans...

YOU GUYS, I FEEL LIKE A MORON!! Here I am trying to help you and I forgot the link. I thot I posted it. Sorry. *blushes*
erm, I downloaded it last night and I couldn't figure out how to get it to work. There is the Sample Player and Sample Player% folder or w/e they're called and the src folder and some other folders. How do you get this thing to work? Btw, to view the movies, you actually extract the .pmf movie files from your ISO and I'm guessing you would put it in a folder somewhere and view them on yer PC. In theory, this is how it should work, but I don't know where to put the .pmf files to be used w/ the PSP folders. I wonder if there is a folder you need to create on ms0 called "PMF" or something.

@NEMESIS- You can download a PMF codec for windows here:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/536
Just install it and then you can run PMFs using Windows Media Player or any other player you have installed (e.g realplayer)
@squalo- You can rip PMFs from your ISOs using UMDGen
