Could be a bad image file creation, or something's up with your burner.
Try updating your firmware, see if that fixes the problem.

Did the firmware update work for you? I have the same drive and am getting the same error. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

DVD Decrypter works just fine.I have used it for years on hundreds of image files and had no problems. As above check your firmware and update if needed. you may even want to try unplugging the burner and then leting the computer see it as new hardware and reinstalling the burners drivers and such.
