damaged .rar audio file

I've got an audio .rar file that is coming up with a "damaged" error when I try to unzip with WinRAR.
I know it used to be a good .rar.

So anyone know of a good program to fix/open it, preferabbly a free program.

Try open WinRAR first, browse for file, rightclick and choose repair archive
