Hi guys im new to this chat show and all, i have just downloaded the swap magic 3.6 (DVD VERSION)iso file, i then burn it to a disk but on my ps2 it says not a valid ps2 disk. Is there a certain way that it should be burned or do i need more equipment?

this question is asked so many times and should be sticky.
U have to buy swap magic u cheapskate u cannot use a downloaded version. The whole point of swap magic is that it enable the ps2 to read burnt dvd+/-r.
Without buying swapmagic ur ps2 wouldn't even be able to read burnt dvd+/-r at the first place thus ur ps2 will not be able to read ur burnt swapmagic.

unless of course you already own a BOUGHT ORIGINAL of an earlier version like 3.0 or 2.0
then you could use the original to boot the back up copy. But that is suck a pain i would just spend the $20 and buy it.

You need to buy it no point downloading it unless you have a chipped ps2.

We should REALLY have a sticky about this...if swap magic worked when you downloaded it and burnt it why would you need to do anything different for the games?!?!

People nowadays have no logic :)
