Is it possible to put a password / lockout code at on a dvd to protect it from prying eyes?
just a small coded program or something - so that everytime you play the disk it asks for a pin number?

i know its a strange request. sorry. but i know you lot will know.

Well i know one way that you could do it, put it in a .rar archive using WinRAR with a password on it, there could be another way, but none that i know of.

Are you asking like a password so that your dvd player recognizes it and then you can type a pin in to play it?

Try FileDisk for windows. This lets you create encrypted file systems to a bunch of different files and drives etc.. Check it out. I think its all command line driven though, not too sure though but check it out and see if that works.
