This has happened twice now!

On UTorrent towards the end of a download it gets stuck at 99.9% and I keep getting tons of wastage or hashfails whatever it's called!

It happened once on a download but I managed to complete it after hours

but now it's slowly going backwards, it's gone from 99.9% to 99.7%

What the hell must I do to prevent this?

Please help or im gonna kick the $hit out of my pc now!!!

what version of utorrent are you using? if its a beta then it might be a bug thats expected when using a beta. try deleting utorrent and then reinsatlling it and if that dont work then try using another client such as azerues.

Stop the torrent, right click and choose "Force Start".

Or stop the torrent, power cycle your modem (off and back on), then restart the torrent.

okay cheers lads

it finally downloaded after

I also did another big download (1.04GB) which downloaded fine while I slept!

No it's not Beta, I won't use anything Beta simply because it's in it's testing phase, and i've got a guinea pig but im not gonna be one!!!

I will try all those steps next time it pisses about!

no worries and it depends were you downloaded utorrent its best to download from its site becuase there is some trust in the product.
