Burn Successful but can't read the cd...

i burned additional data to a cd which i didn't close....it was successfuly burned in 16x speed but when i tried to open the cd on the same drive (LG DVD-RW Combo drive), the computer can't read it and it hangs up!!!
How does it happpened?

Post your Nero Log here, and someone can help you, but for heavens sake, please edit out your serial number, it will begin with 1c80, 1c82 or 5c80 or something like that.
