i have a ds, but i want to get a dslite. just wondering if there have been issues with these two pieces of hardware. a friend of mine told me that it wont work, but he just "heard" that info... i wanted to know for sure from you guys.
also, if it does work... do i need to upgrade any firmware in the ds lite for it to work properly?
thanks.
btw, im also using the datel maxmedia launcher.

Supercard works fine for DS games, but it has slowdown with GBA games. So if you only plan on using it for DS games, it won't matter which one you get. Just don't get it if you plan on using it for anything else.

in the end you regret trying to save $ when it comes to modware.
XBOX v1.0 X2 80GB XBMC pwns j00 || XBOX v1.6 nDUREs Softmods 120GB + HD
Xbox360 Samsung ms25 Xtreme 3.0 + 111d
PS2 v7 scph39001 Matrix Infinity GD
forGET the swap magic and hdloader!!! if you want convenience and have it 100% working, get a modchip.

Regret? The only way he'd regret a purchase is if he bought something from NeoFlash.

I bought the cheapest one available and the only trade-off is that it lacks a RTC. Considering I already a EFA, that doesn't bug me in the least.
So basically, even though I'm being a "cheap bastard," I still paid less for an EZIV Lite and a 1GB miniSD card than someone else would for an M3 alone.

EFA is the Extreme Flash Advance. Damn good for GBA games, but horrible for DS games.

look..... what difference would it make!!! gba games don't do that much... the checklist is:
RTC
smooth gameplay
where does the EFA prevail where the M3 lacks?

I think what Venom is saying is that he didn't need to buy an expensive M3 as he already had the hardware (the EFA) that allowed the playing of GBA games perfectly.
Why waste your money on something you don't need? Thats why the M3 team has produced it's M3 Pro range, which is exactly the same as the other M3's, but without the GBA support.
