Hail all. I have used Nero Vision for over 2 years. The updater did me dirt with 7.2.3.2b.

After some frustration, and multiple uninstall/cleantool/install sessions; and looking at firmware/drivers mentioned in various posts; it appears that the "updater" left my registry muffed up.

The clean tools or windows did not remove the entries in the registry. I ended up clearing up the entries for anything "Ahead" or "Nero," and installing 7.0.8.2 for the first time. (My retail download was 7.2.0.3.). I am not having problems with 7.0.8.2 except it does not like the previous *.nvc files. Later on I will try to load 7.2.3.2b on a fresh drive.

I hope that looking in the registry for a "clean install" will help some people with the nmc_processing_exception. Symantec and TweakSys registry cleaners did not alert me to the registry errors.
