The G6 Lite comes with onboard memory of just 4Gb(512MB or 1/2 GB)! The G6 Lite has such a small memory size I wonder if those should wait for other offerings from M3 or Supercard as they have both confirmed they already have offering coming in the next month of two with memory card support. I mean with my Supercard Mini-SD I have 2GB capacity with my Mini-SD card and with the SD versions you can go as big as the SD is at now, 4GB's I think. I mean Metroid Prime Hunters is 1Gb(128 MB) and Resident Evil was 512 Mb(64 MB). Thats not a lot of MB's for the money at just under a half a gig. With a few big games on the cart you'll have almost no memory for anything else. And newer games are starting to use the 512 Mb(64 MB) cart like MechAssault: Phantom War and The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. I would just suggest waiting, what does everyone else think?

While the G6 Lite is only 4Gb, it must be taken into consideration the G6 Lite is a lot faster than a SD adapter would be. Meaning no compatibility issues due to slowdown.

Also, the only other available DS Lite sized cart is the EZIV Lite TF, which uses microSD. Twice the price of miniSD for an equivalent size.

Guess it'll be worth waiting to see if M3 and Supercard use microSD as well or continue using miniSD.

I think Micro SD is the way to go for the DS Lite, I can't see it being feasible for a MiniSD card to fit in a DS Lite adapter without anything sticking out.

I have heard a very small amount of info regarding the M3 team making an M3 MicroSD version. Wether this will be part of their 'Pro' range which lacks GBA support I do not know.

They're planning on making adapters without GBA support? That doesn't make much sense.

They will be cheaper though, seems to be an attack against the Supercard range, which, as far i'm concerned dosn't have any proper GBA support.

They already have preorders on winsunx.com:

Notice the price compared to the Supercard on the site, The Supercard MiniSD being $37 where as the M3 miniSD Pro is only $32.

When you put it that way, it really does make sense.

I hadn't even considered SuperCards lackluster GBA support.
