I was up all last night after I made my mixtape album cover trying to make my cover a .jpg I looked for programs and nothing works. Can someone please help this is urgant

you will need to get a All To JPG converter.
Google for one just put "All to JPG converter"

BTW:

"ncd to jpg" only finds this thread and the "threads with no response search" from yesterday (before anyone responded here)

is not a free program... but it has a thirty use demo ($30 to buy)

it claims to be able to read ncd and output jpg
