I'm new with Nero and have been experimenting with making a slide show with NeroExpress3 (not Photoshow Elite which acts brain dead when I try it). In any case I want to create a DVD with a multi-level menu structure with buttons for multiple slide shows. Each slide show would have a menu with buttons for each named section (like a video chapter name) and have a single audio track that plays through all the named sections. So each slideshow is a linear structure.

So far I have been able to create one slide show with multiple named sections (each with a button). I added an audio file at the start of the first part and it plays fine but the audio stops when the next part starts.

Is there a way to get one audio file to play through all the parts of a single slideshow?

And is there a way to put multiple such slide shows together with a higher level menu having a button for each slide show?

Some more comments and queries.....

I had created a NeroExpress3 DVD video which had a bunch of chapter titles. So I exported the movie, opened the slideshow and then added the movie to the slideshow. I was a bit surprised that I could add a movie to the slideshow. So now the slideshow has a button for the movie but the chapter titles and associated buttons to select them did not come into the slideshow.

If you have a DVD video project open you can not add an existing slideshow to it. However, you can make one from from within the video project and the slideshow is then added to the video project. This is monumentally non-symmetrical! So I thought that maybe I could export an existing slideshow and add it to the video project but I couldn't find a way to export the slideshow. Exporting the slideshow as a movie would let me have multiple slideshows with a multi-level menu to select from them.

Is there a way to export a slideshow in a form that can be added to a video project?
