Hi sappbaby
Welcome to aD
What movie(s) are you doing? Are these the orginals or copies?
If originals are you running like AnyDVD or ripping 1st with something like DVD Fab Decrypter?

Thanks for the rapid reply.

I am burning copies of bootlegs, and since I have been doing this for over a year, I have never encountered a time when I was unable to copy any at all. How can I get a hold of that software you described? I am iggnorant to many programs, I was taught on dycrypter, and that is about all that I use, I have not downloaded it to my desktop as of yet, it just so happens that I just re-furbed a pc that was lying around, and put it to work, but odly enough, I have trouble with dycrypter on my laptop as well.
What would you suggest?

Well the copying of 'B' bit leads me to 2 things. The discs are on poor quality media or you need a firmware update on your drive. CRC erros can also be caused by copy protection errors on some programs but if that was the case Nero would have reported that immediately.

So try decrypter - imho it's one of the best in ripping this discs. Then open those files in Recode. Here's a link if needed:
http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/
DVD Fab Decrypter is like DVD Decrypter - but it's still updated and it just a ripper - again you would rip to your hard drive then open those files in Recode.
http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm
If there by some chance copy protection on these - either program will remove it.

For the firmware to check if you need an update you can use DVD Decrypter. Go to tools>Drive>Check for Firmware Updates. It will give you the latest version # then take you to the firmware page to your model. Usually firmware updates go in sequental order like 1FA, 1FC (or something similar). See if there is a later one. If there is update your drive.
Try that and let's see how it goes.
