I just downloaded a ps2 game and noticed it was PAL and now it does not work on my ps2. is there a way i can convert the iso into NTSC format?
any help would be appreciated.

Yep. There's several methods.

1. Use a Swap magic 3.6 to use a NTSC signal instead (portion of the screen will get cut off)

3. Buy an adapter for your TV.
4. Buy a new cheap TV that supports both PAL and NTSC
5. And If there's an option in the PAL game to turn it into an NTSC signal then put that option on.

Both. there are NTSCtopal and Paltontsc programs and ADR patcher has options for both. Do a search here and you should find links to DL these
