okay i use this tutorial to install tool A http://www.modchip.ca/install/ps2/nosolder/swaptool2_engl.jpg . then it tells me to move the switch to the right and put tool A in the gap, but the switch will always move back left when i let go.

Well i have never done it but the directions look simple enough.
Move the switch to the right, put in tool A and adjust it with the screwdriver si it sits in the hole correctly and blocks the switch, then move on.
If the switch keeps poping it bacck out i would suggest a little electrical tape when you get it in place so that it can not pop back out.

Well I got it on about the third go, You need a real fine flat bladed screw driver like a jewller uses. push it across with the driver and use tweezers to place one side of the tool in, then you can take out the screw driver and the switch will rest on the tool, then when you push the tool home everything will be in the right place. Just keep trying, you'll get it.
