So, I have the slimline ps2, and i bought the magickeys, everything worked fine till i got to tool 3. tried many times to get it to work and nothing. finally i gave up and decided to play something, to my dismay, the ps2 wont work! The red light comes on, and when i push the button, it flickers green and then turns back red. i'm HOPING TO GOD it's not just a paperweight now...I could use some help in if i can fix it or not...

Which key was #3? The one that tells the ps2 the lid is closed?

so, i've been searching online, and it seems that i may have tripped a "deadman switch" by having the front sensor depressed and then pushing power before the back switch was pressed...if that's the case, it's only a fuse and i could use a hand with the repairs. if anyone else has any ideas of what i can do to fix this ps2...please help me before my gf castrates me!
