is it possible to download swap magic 3.6 through a p2p network and then burn it and get it to work, instead of just buying the whole thing???

Do a search before you post - NO, you can't do that, end of story, it doesn't matter what PS2 version you have, you can't burn swap magic and make it work

They'll all work, v2.0 - v3.8
But if you buy it, then it's most likely they'll send you the most up-to-date version (v3.8) unless they still have old stock they're getting rid off.
Always 1st with 100% working PS2 Online Game DNA$ IDs!!

your best bet is to get 3.6 if you have the choice - people seem to have problem with 3.8, and anything older and the compatibility isn't great
