I've beeen using Azureus for about 2 years now. Never has my download rate been so poor as it has been for past 3 or 4 months. I'm lucky to get 30kbs!

So, all Azureus ports are forwarded and rules are in place for XP, Norton, and Netgear modem. My ratio, NAT indicator and DHT indicator are all green. All of my torrents get green smilies but download rate at min is about 10kbs per torrent.

Shields up says my Azureus port (65435) is stealthed. I have tried others at random and they are at same status. My provider is F2S who don't block ports. In addition, if I download drivers or updates outside of P2P I get upto 450kbs (wireless).

Lastly, the torrents I am downloading have about 200 seeds and 3000 leachers each. I have tried to get these running properly over past couple of weeks but still can't get above 10kbs per torrent.

Well, it's a long shot but has anyone else managed to figure this out or is there anything I have missed? Cheers

i would like to say ...get rid of Azureus and go after utorrent ..i have used az before and found it to be such a recource hog so then went for bitcomet ,then private trackers started banning it so i went for utorrent and will never change for it ...i have had my fastest downloads with utorrent and speed up as high as 1.5MB/s and average aorund 500+kB/s ..its by far the easiest to set up ansd all around trouble free client and has everything in you need ..this may not answer your question but i have been seeing a lot of users having problems with the latest az..
