I was playing socom awhile back and i heard some guy braggin about how he was talking to me on a Wireless headset. he said he was in New York and the "Toys R Us" store was selling them there. Im on the west coast and ive never even heard of anything like that excisting anywhere! ive done numerous searches for a cordless ps2 headset on ebay and such but nothing has come up. Is thier such a thing as a USB cordless/wireless Headset for PS2, or was this guy just full of it...?

I'm not sure how the normal PS2 headset works, but if it's like a normal PC USB headset, then yes you can get wireless ones from any good computer shop

yea basicly any any USB headset works for online, so just go get a standard wireless one.

and I really don't know what there is to brag about, wireless headsets are fairly common now.. but if it's just standard USB headset, then just look for them in a computer shop or something

hmm yeah instead of using the antenna that came with the transmitter, you'd connect the transmitter to the TV aerial

Um I'm not sure if bluetooth wireless works with PS2 or not, I was thinking more like RF ones which you don't need a driver to make it work...

yeah do some research before you buy one, and return that one is you can. I would lookm at places like Circuit City online at customer reveiws and such. From what i remember when buying my Xbox headset that brand was not very good. But it has been a while so i may be wrong

Not an official Sony one, there might be a 3rd party one available. Or you can just get a standard computer one that isn't bluetooth and doesn't need a driver CD.
