First get the iso...get a fix from somewhere...launch it with UMD Emu and MPH Loader combination....

i cant find the answer to my questioons mby using the search button:
i have got lumine s(I OWN THAT GAME) to work in fast loader....i also have devhook on my psp....
if i compress my roms to .dax will they run in the dax laoder as they have worke on my psp before with fastloader?

Yes Daxter will run with the daxziso loader, I have done it myself, not sure if a fix is needed though?

ok gonna look for the daxiso thing when I'm @ home.
Btw. about playing original UMD's that need higher firmware (2.6)....
How is that done?
I tried something with devhook, but I couldn't get it working (yet)

I usually just dump my umd's using fastloader and then either use the patch/ripkit or swap the prx files for 1.5 and 99% of the times it works out good :-)

why the F*CK does the iso become almost 3gb after UMDGen did it?

i have the same problem .. when i extract the date so that i can ut the in the prx files.. it makes it 2.7 gig..
from 420 mg!

Id recommended going to psp-hacks and dlin the iso compressor.
Then change it from dax to cso.
Devhook i had NO problem getting to work and thankfully devhook runs cso files.

i tryed this and it comes up with an error ..
basicaly to get daxter to work i need to change the prx files.. and when i extract the game data to do with it makes it 2.7 gig from 470 mg...
now after i use umd it keeps it at 2.7 and i cant get it back to 470 or less
wehn i tryed the iso in the psp at 470mg.... it jsut stayed at a black screen...

right i downloaded the dexter prx files from a site.. and it said just swap them for whats already tehre... so i used... iso buster to open up the orignal iso.. then replaced the prc with the new prx.. then used umdgen to put it back together and it ended up being 2.7 gig..

all wronf, not wonder you are having problmes
dl UMD Gen 2.0
open it up and then open the daxter iso
go to the USRDIR folder and find the prxs, right click EACH ONE BY ONE and push replace, and replace it with the downloaded prx
when done, go to file-save, and save the new iso to wherever
