i recently downloaded ten files, extremely big, and painstaking long, and i removed the task only to have accidently pressed remove task and files without realising, what do i do? can i get them back is there a way? i tried system restore the folders cam back but not the contents, why?, why me? for godsake, i always upload and seed and be good and noce, but this is a big mistake for me please help, please, please help!

Google a file recovery program, can't reccomend any but will do the job great, simple really once you find the right app.

I have been trying google, but to no avail!
"( i wanna cry, lol.
i need those damn files back!.
i have tried a few programs, but when they find something either they say i have to pay or they extract a Xml document which i dont know what is!

Why do you keep opening new threads for questions that have been answered tons of times ?
And why is this in the P2P forum ?
Other than the fact that the files where downloaded, it's more a subject for general windows forum.
