Looks like a produo adapter. You put the produo in which connects to the external memory source. How it connects to the PSP i do not know.. glue maybe?

Its not a hack. Its hard drive for the psp. Although its alot more attractive then the datel psp 4gb hard drive. Alot cheaper too. Way old news too, that things been around for atleast 6 months now.

this is somethng i dont see everyday. it seems to me like the memory slot is being replaced by a external slot. i dont know what difference does it make. i think it would be lot cheaper since it is not a memory card duo. the compact disc card are much cheaper than duo card, but i dont think it's good cuz compact disc card are alot slower than duo card, therefore, it might affect the game play.

Nope, its just a pro duo apadter. Plugs right into the psp where you would normally put your memcard. The difference is you can have a HDD for your psp. But its not important anymore because they have a 4 gig stick now. 4 gigs is the max space you can use with your psp. Anything over that and the psp doesnt recognize it.

Not only is it a harddrive but a great storage device...ok everyone a whopping 128 megabytes...omfg thats huge, hell i can put all 7.0gbs of my iso's on there....but really its ugly and ill stick to a upcoming 4gb memory stuick duo later...it will be worth the wait...
(o and i know u can change the size of the memory from 128 to whatever, it was jsut for laughs)

how can that thing look like a hard-drive when it has a slot on the thing. TO me it looks like a external slot. ok....anyone know where i can get it and how much does it cost??? using that thing wil save me alot of money on memory card duo.lolz

I am guessing that a 4GB compact flash (if they exist?) would not read anywhere near as fast as a pro duo? And would suffer all the same incompatibility with homebrew and devhook as the Datel does?

there are 8gb and 16gb compact flash cards tht exist..... v.expensive tho, not sure if the 16gb is even 4 sale :S
