Well need an encoder that will convert .asf to mpeg....any suggestions? I've ruled out CCE, VirtualDub, ImTOO..

...10 minutes & a google later:
Funny Story, less than 48 hrs after uninstalling TMPGEnc Plus since I didn't think I would need it anymore having CCE and the above...had to re-install it..seems It still has a use. (shakes head)Hummmm.

Try WinAvi, Advanced X Video Converter, or Power Video Converter.
