you`l find all the dimentions via kiwi1`s link, but they don`t have to be exact, the important ones are the size of the hole(not to small)and the thickness of the card (not to thick)you only have to move a small white pin underneith the tray an inch to the right.when the tray is open look underneith an you`ll see a groove running the length of it. this is the groove the pin travells but you only move it at the top. anything with a bit of rigidity will do, but i do agee with kiwi, there only a couple of quid.my mate is a meiser so he made his out of an old credit card.

Knives are used for cutting & spreading butter/jam onto bread/toast. Credit cards are used for buying stuff in shops. NOT for fannying about with PS2's!
If you want to run the risk of fu*king up your PS2's drive tray by sticking stuff into it, then that's your problem, but the safest swapping method is via flip-top
Always 1st with 100% working PS2 Online Game DNA$ IDs!!

lol, nice point ace1uk.
Yeah fliptop is the best way to go for swap magic. You can even make home made flip top :)

a credit card WILL work perfectly as a slide tool. new ones are for perchases, old ones are for recycling and using a knife is just plane insanity lol.
ace1uk is right though by a flip top, or i`m sure dan168 will help you out with a home made one.
failing that:Quote: Ive found that an actual slide card works well lol their only like 3 bucks man.[qoute]

had a fliptop on the V9 I have here once... it's so much easier to use compared to the slide tool, you simply lift the lid, swap the disc, then play away, none of that dragging out the tray and pushing it back business :)

I'd suggest matrix infinity green dot or DMS4 Pro, and a laser fix never hurts :)

a laser fix prevents your PS2 laser from burning out. The newest PS2 (V14) shouldn't need it, but it never hurts to have one and that thing is really cheap
