Dear PS2 Backup Experts,
I need your help with this very strange problem with a Metal Gear Solid 2 back-up: a friend of mine lend to me his DVD5 back-up of the game, it perfectly works so I decided to make a copy of it with DVD Decrypter, the copy seemed to work well but when I go to start the game in the novice mode and I go to open the radio panel after the introductory movie, the one of the oil refinery, it freezes.
I've burned 3 different types of DVDs at the lowest speed (2X), more
I tried to make a DVD iso with ISO Buster and then to write it with DVD Decrypter too, since I've thought that the reason of the problem was the lacking of some data, but all this gave no result:
can you help me?

Thank You In Advance. :)

Nicholas

After having burned 2 TDKs and 1 Verbatim without results, I've started to use the DVD-RW in order to don't waste other DVD-Rs. ;)

I've done it more and more times with different softwares but it didn't give any results. :(

You are right! I'm out of ideas too! I've tried almost everything.... :(
The only one explanation that I can find out is that the software makes a wrong ISO trying to recovery some damaged sectors, since the source backup is quite scratched, infact with other DVD writers the ISO creating process hangs with a read error....

Thank You The SameFor Your Support! :)
