I recently got a hold of the CUE and BIN files for Sega Tennis for the PS2....but what i'd like to know is, do i have to convert it to an ISO before putting it onto my DVD-R's?

its a cd image, burn it to cdr (dont convert it to iso).

Yes, it'll work fine with Swap Magic. You just have to use the "CD" version of SM to boot the game.
