try setting your processor speed a little higher, and you can download iso's as backups only if you own the original umd. or make a dump of them

answer to your second question:
Yes. The answer is very simple. Go and buy the game and then get a tool called Fastloader v0.7. Then you can make your own ISOs all day long.

Oh by the way, vgba will not play at high speeds. The developer will have to configure it to play faster, its not an easy task, but there is a new version out on dl.qj.net
Well there should be more updates for the emulator
hey can someone help me put an image here?

I'm sorry if this sounds noobish but why I searched all through afterdawn and can't find my answer so here it is: How do you make iso's of your own games? I know that you have to dump your game using fastloader but then what's next?
If I insult you...don't get offended...my insults are "friendly insults"...I know this sounds stupid (ridiculous) but I am fet up of writing, "no offense" in my posts...

if it's a 1.5/2.0/2.5 game all you have to do is usb it to your pc, then change the name to whatever u want, and then add .iso to it and then it will work, now if u want to shrink it you'll need patches or something like umd gen. and patches can fix problems with loading and what not, but for patches check ps2nfo
edit>some games require prx swaps so look up your game on 1 of the working iso lists.

Theres an update on PSPVBA-
Theres a new version it might be faster, get it here:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/2006/07/11/pspvba-v107/
Here are the features:
Quote: Sound improvement
Switch off the sound during screenshot save
The percent of battery left is now displayed in the emulator window
Add a watchdog to automatically return to the emulator menu when the battery is very low (< 5%)
Add nice icons and background designed by Shadow!
Modify the UI to be able to use custom background images (transparency)
Sleep mode is now working (but only when you’re in the emulator window)

Hey can you use Fastloader to Dump to your PC instead of dumping to the memstick? ... Game is to big to fit on stick So I want to dump to PC then use a shrinker on it.
Or how can I do this??

NO. That's the ONLY solution for Dumping via USB. Unfortunately, it sucks! I just can't it to work. hodgins did tho.
You gotta understand something about me: If I can't get it to work, it sucks! It may be the best produKt in the world, but thas how it is... gzip is retarded too, unless you have 7zip!!! LOL

Your pc should then make a noise and detect the psp. And the following window should pop up (instead of saying multimedia audio controller it will say ?psp type b?)
This doesn't happen what am I doing wrong
