Well first you get the PSPVBA. Then follow the read me. Download the rom(game you want from the website and then put it in the ROM folder of the emualtor you downloaded for your PSP.

gba roms . by the way VBA stands for Visual Boy Advance (Emulator for PC)

emachine dont refer to people like that, I have read a lot of your posts, and despite that, I dont call you a n00b..

@lianne, at this point, dont even bother with gba emu's. in the past wek, there have been many improvements speed wise, but another month is needed before proper emulation will be available.
