my gf got my psp at bestbuy...and it has that writing inside my umd drive.... i havn't been to the psp forums lately.. but is there anything i can do with this psp? lol and how can i get my hands on psp without shose writings???

The writing means you have a TA-082 which is currently not supported by the Undiluted Platinium Modchip or the 2.5/2.6 downgrade so your out of luck for a while. You can run a few emulators through Eloader.

I think he said that he has a TA #### chip so he was wondering if there was anything he can do? Theres the kernal mode.

like I said above you can use eloader. Eloader requires an older version of GTA liberty City Stories. Eloader can load a few emulators and other things.

thx for the replies everyone..
i know about the gta exploit and i've played some homebrews with it... and i got bored of it..and havn't been playing psp cuz i got sick of waiting for psp mod chip to come out. and when it does come out, it's not compatible with my psp. if i want to get psp thats not TA-8*** where should i buy it?

or better yet should i wait for modchip to work with my psp? or like.. wait for another down grader? (psp fw 2.6)
