everytime i copy dvds.. when its 99% it automatically stops and says burn disc failed. why is it like this? how can i fix it?

after using the cleantool do not re-install incd as it is known to interfere with the burning process.

the application Roxio clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml

Also don't see what brand of media you are using but I would suggest some verbatims or sony (Made in Japan).
