To extract a CSO, you will need the CSO tool that comes with DevHook.

Copy the CSO to the place that you have the cso tool executable. Then go to that location in the MSDOS command prompt and then type:
"ciso 0 NAME.cso NAME.iso".

Then an ISO will be made in the same directory.

alright, i extracted it but now when i open the Exact audio copy for psp it only lets me convert the mp3s i open to .wavs!
