Hi every1 :D

1)
I've been searching over the web on how to downgrade my 2.5 fw to 1.5 fw,,,,I found several but some stated that they are all not true (April Fools)

But if there is any other way,,,,how % safe is it??? I heard it has already resulted in mny bricked PSP's :(

2)Are there any homebrew games/apps or anything else that can work from my memory card on my PSP that has fw 2.5

The downgrader is pretty safe, it's a 93% succesful, all files that you need for the downgrader including the downdater are located here:

Read the readme.txt included and follow instructions and you will be fine, also try to read some of the threads here for downgrading 2.50 to 1.50, I hope this helps. :)

Just go to the link below. You should def downgrade to v1.50. It's the best firmware version there is! Besides, the link below gives you the EASIEST version to use... I think it basically auto-sets it up for you...

Carefull factory 2.5, and 2.6s are more prone to becoming a brick if you try to downdate...

Lol dude, I was a person who was testing the first ever release of it, not its final stage...

Final Stage is almost fool proof... Just make sure as hell you have the right folders, files, and a memory card that will not crap out on you...

guys, just want to make sure...I bought my psp at 2.6 version so that means i cannot downgrade it to 1.5???! true or false?

You can not.

Some people have tried it with a factory 2.6 and have downgraded but some have also bricked their PSPs.

I recommend that you do not downgrade at this time.
