PSP Optimum Video Converstion help me please!

Well, I noticed that on the highest quality of video converstion that there is a lagg time between sound and video. I want to get rid of that without sacrificing quality. Like Saving Private Ryan for instance, Its encoded on both .MP4 and AVC codecs, and at the best quality. The lagg time between a shot from a gun is around 3-4 seconds at times.(Basically your watching a machingun fire, and then a few seconds later you hear the gun firing. Or perhaps people talking, you see their mouth moving, but no sound untill around 4-5 seconds later.)

I don't run into this issue when I use xilisoft video convertor, I don't keep my mp4 at very high res cause I like to get as many as I can onto a stick, but theres certainly no lag in sound.

I also don't have that problem. I use PSP Video 9. If you put that on highset quality you will have crystal clear picture.
