Follow these instructions:
When you click on the link you will be taken to the rapid share website. Scroll down and look for a button saying "Free". Click on it and you will be taken to a page, where you can choose a mirror, and enter a series of letters/numbers which they show in an image (so they know you are human and not a computer script). Then click on OK and your download will begin. (Note, at times you will have to wait for a while before the mirror appears, it will count down

They are too small!
Even if I zoom in I can't decipher any text
Do not decrease their size. Just take a screen shot and save as a JPG and the size will be reduced.

In the ISO Folder there is a WinRAR, 3 booked icon and if i open i there is another WinRAR icon. I then use the UMDGen, open an existing disk image, then i save and the files are extracted and then compressed into a WinRAR icon. I then transfer the WinRAR archive into the root of my MS, into the file that i made (ISO folder). I then turn on my PSP, go to GAMES, and i dont see the ISO that i put into my PSP. dont know
The rest of the folders are just extra folders i dont even use them.

From the look of it it uses the runumd method. You do need to put the rest of the folders on there, just select all of the foldes and copy to your memory stick. Once they are on there you should see a runumd icon and a umdemulator icon under memory stick in game on your psp. Select umdemulator and set to runumd and start. Should run.

What settings are you using in devhook???
EDIT - forget devhook for now, just change your settings in umdemulator to runumd, this will either start the game or take you back to the psp main menu, if it takes you back to the main menu then just select the runumd icon.

So did you try:
(this is an example, using Untold Legends)
1.Go into the 214.Untold Legends folder
2.Copy all the files in there to the root of your memory stick.
3.Open UMD Emulator, change the mode to "Load RunUMD" and then press X/O.
4.When the runUMD screen comes, press X
NB If there is no "Load RunUMD" option, download UMD Emulator runUMD edition;
