Sum pplz are saying that the psp modchip can fix a brick PSP....

well i when asn ask sumone i know in a shop that does it and thay said 2 me NO it does not!!!he said (how can a modchip fix a bricked PSP cuse when u brick it u f**k up the original sony bios on the PSP and it can't b fixed)!!

Is this true.. or is it just that he want's me to get my PSP modchiped my him so he can get MONEY..

CUSE I DID TELL I KNOW WHERE THERE IS A TUT ON DOWNGRADING THE PSP FORM 2.0 TO 1.5.. but i dnt want 2 f**k it up

Plz help me asap if u can

Well I heard that it will unbrick a psp and I would have thought if that was not the case, we would have heard about it here.

if you have the chip in when you brick it; then it will unbrick your psp otherwise you now have a brick savvy?

The modchip allows you to load a firmware off the PSP or of the modchip.
So if your PSP firmware is messed up you can restore it by always loading it of the modchip.
